Caleb Farnworth represents property owners and tenants and has completed hundreds of assignments including purchases, new leases, corporate relocations, expansions, renewals, and subleases. From Fortune 500 companies to local businesses, Caleb has assisted clients of all sizes, goals, and backgrounds. Since joining Rosen Harbottle Commercial Real Estate in 2008, Caleb has successfully orchestrated more than 600 combined lease and sale transactions with a contract value exceeding $160,000,000. Averaging 80 to 90 transactions each year, Caleb has proven to be someone who can find win-win solutions for both parties and get deals done.

This high transactional volume leads to a wealth of market knowledge, a wide array of experience, and stronger relationships with the brokerage and landlord community. These key features greatly benefit Caleb’s clients. Additionally, they appreciate how he seeks to understand their unique needs. Caleb often serves in an advisory role helping his clients make key real estate decisions that will support their operational, financial, and cultural goals.

Prior to brokerage, Caleb has also been responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate with a value of approximately $150,000,000 dollars. Caleb resides in Kirkland with his wife, two children, and dog. He enjoys playing basketball, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
